Communications Software's OASES (Open Aviation Strategic Engineering System) is amongst the most successful aviation engineering and maintenance systems in the world.
With over 50 users including national carriers, 3rd party maintainers, regional carriers, cargo specialists, charter operators and specialist rotable stockists, based in the USA, Europe, Africa, Australasia and the South Atlantic, this gives us a very broad experience of all areas of aviation maintenance support.
OASES has been designed by and for engineers so it's easy to use but is functionally very sophisticated. A great deal of thought has gone into the design to ease implementation into live engineering operations and we have extensive capabilities in the key areas of data migration, training and interfacing to external systems. We are a customer-led company and OASES is continually developed with the active participation of our users.
The OASES software solution is available either to be installed on-site on a local hardware server, or it can be accessed via the internet through our hosted service offering which avoids the need to install any additional hardware.
We support our customers with a comprehensive maintenance and support package, which includes a dedicated help-desk at local hours, online support, user-group, product update and software revision services. Additionally, we offer initial requirements studies, implementation support, user training, system tailoring and forward planning for a complete service.
